All sickness is homesickness.
I believe the pain most humans share nowadays is a deep longing and feeling of distance; of separateness.
The restless search of a safe home to be cared for & be sheltered in.
This is not necessarily always connected to a specific place on this Earth, but to this planet – and our body on it – being our living space. A home to the heart & soul.
When ‘home’ equals a feeling of being safe, being able to relax, sink deeper and live fully…. Then homesickness is the pain resulting from the sensation of not being in our body, not in this world – having our awareness bound to and caged in a limited, definitive part of our existence.
A sickness synonymous with the need for unfolding, for depth – for truthful living & embodiment.
To me, bliss is: To be present, become still, and realize you already have it all. You are safe, you are wealthy, you are loved, you are beautiful and strong, you are talented and unique. You can have everything you are longing for and more. Because all is already here for you – if you allow yourself to lean back in trust and breathe in the availability, the realization of your wildest dreams in the blink of an eye.
From running in circles and longing to slowing down, breathing out and appreciating.
From being a hungry ghost to embodying an absolute and calm havingness.
Trusting in the path, the perfect order in chaos, the wisdom in failing, the power in rawness & vulnerability.
While the vast majority of our hyper-masculine society, industry, and inter-relational competitiveness are based on a feeling of lack, inadequacy, and complexes of inferiority… Which miracles and richnesses are you already sitting on without noticing?
Prosperity is the ability to cultivate our own reality. The courage to choose.
To wake up and walk in the woods - to eat good food with presence - to laugh together around a fire at night - to sit and drink a delicious cup of coffee in the late morning - to sleep calmly without fear - to make love without rushing - that for me is the truest expression of wealth.
In a world that keeps us rushing and overproductive, pushing us to meet ever higher expectations of an (illusionary & projected) manager – can you meet your own exigencies and standards by becoming more true, being the fullest and most calm version of yourself? In a society that is constantly bending us to fit into a constructed sense of “union”, can you embrace your own wholeness & unity by expressing your authentic individuality? To gift the world your raw presence and uniqueness, not to hide and compromise eternally… I invite you to listen to your feelings & dreams and become still to see more deeply, like the surface of a pond.
Wealth in my opinion is not equal to money or power - let us remember the true meaning of abundance: a warm feeling, a sensation of trust & safety in the body; instead of void numbers or cold dominance.
Can we see that there is more sharing on the streets than in most affluent neighborhoods? That it is vital to share while it is lethal to hoard & exploit…
’When the last tree has fallen and the rivers are poisoned; you can not eat money.’
Life is more about who can give & receive the most - in balance - from the heart than about who can have the most at times.
More about being than about doing.
Realizing the true value of things.
That it is neither about turning your back on money or reestablishing the old “the rich are evil” illusion & paradigm - but about redirecting the current, bringing flow into currency, and creating our own paradise.
Bringing back power into surrender, and pouring holiness into empty space.
Which takes RADICAL self-responsibility:
Having a clear vision and strong boundaries in order to be cultivating & magnetizing abundance.
What do you want more than anything? What is your deepest inner desire?
Connect to that longing and know it has a direct thread to your feeling of worthiness.
Stepping out of the mass-hypnosis and deliberately choosing an empowered embodied life where our own truthful words are the magic spells.
Being impeccable with words means realizing that we are constantly casting spells either for our prosperity or our apparent impoverishment.
Practice absolute clarity on what you are consuming.
By (inter)actions, words, and thoughts.
What you are being hypnotized by.
What you are being trapped into feeding yourself with, if you are not conscious about where and how you spend your time/energy/presence/money.
Our uprootedness - the disconnection from source - is the essence of the illusion of scarcity.
The disconnection from our body is the core of the feeling of separation from Earth.
We are feeling the pain of the (M)other through our aches and tensions, in nightmares, feelings of depression, by lethargy or despair.
Yet, the increasing speed, high volatility, instability and ever-multiplying requirements from unreachable institutions of modern life seem to tightly hold & therefore mold us.
It can feel as if our open heart and still soul have different answers to the questions of our daily life. And it sends us hints through our emotions, our thoughts, our reactions and needs.
What the psyche wants and what the Self asks is to bring insight from the unconscious into our living bodies.
The deepest expression of power is our connection to intuition.
When we allow ourselves to soften and listen more fully to the voice inside us.
The experience of authentic felt expression of your body changes your relation to your Self, to others, to space, to the world.
Learn how we can love ourselves more deeply.
See that Earth is your home.
Your body is the temple.
Movement is the prayer.
Can you let go while being in your power? Can you surrender and feel your strength? Can you notice how much force lies in tenderness? How much power can you cultivate, feel & express by noticing how present you can be?
The more I’m making central to my life a kind of stillness that goes beyond my thinking mind, the more I am connected to the web of life and the unfolding of everything as if it were for the first time. The challenges, the fear, the loneliness, the pain – and the beauty of it all.
My calling as a human being is to wake up to the realization of connectedness, to meet myself and the people around me in their reality, including their flaws, their pain, their suffering. To alleviate pain by having an open ear, a caring hand, the gift of pure attention and compassion.
And being rewarded by humbleness & togetherness.
‘I take a deep breath. I hear the cries of the world, open my eyes, stand up again and go out. To meet you and myself more fully.’
